Sixteen years of academic urology, from JIPMER to leading AIIMS Bhubaneswar.

Dr. Prasant Nayak is a Professor and Head of the Department of Urology at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar, where he has led the department's growth since 2016. His work spans uro-oncology, reconstructive and female urology, and minimally invasive & robotic surgery — combined with an enduring commitment to training the next generation of urologists.

Alongside clinical and academic leadership, he runs @UroOnWeb, a video education initiative focused on surgical technique and patient awareness.
